The 2026 IRLA Services to Legacy Award was presented to Steve Ryland, Acrisure Re UK, in recognition of his significant contribution to the legacy sector over many years. Steve's dedication, expertise and commitment have helped shape and strengthen the market, making him a highly deserving recipient of this prestigious honour.

IRLA was also proud to present the 2026 IRLA Young Professionals Group (YPG) of the Year Award to Stephanie Robb, PwC LLP. Stephanie has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the industry and the YPG community, exemplifying the talent, energy and leadership that will drive the future success of the legacy market.
