Overview
An introductory workshop providing participants with information on the Mergers and Acquisitions process for re/insurance transactions. The aim of the session is to encourage
participants to gain a basic understanding of transactions in the re/insurance legacy market, including the various solutions available, and increase their awareness on how buyers and sellers can leverage reinsurance as an effective corporate finance tool.
Target audience
The session is aimed at all market participants with an interest in the re/insurance legacy transaction sector, and will also appeal to those with an interest in corporate finance concepts and financial markets in general.
Learning objectives
By the end of the session delegates will :
• Have a better understanding of the re/insurance legacy market
• Obtain more awareness of the drivers behind the legacy market Mergers and Acquisitions
