The IRLA Bermuda Chapter is excited to announce our partnership with Keep Bermuda Beautiful (KBB) for an upcoming clean-up event! We warmly invite you, your staff, families, and friends to join us in our efforts to create a cleaner, greener environment. Location: East Broadway, Foot-of-the-Lane & the start of Trimmingham Hill. (East Broadway is the main road leading out of town, it goes down all the way to foot of the lane (past Flora Duffy Hill) and to the start of Trimminghill. This stretch is about 1km long.)

What to expect: KBB will meet us at the event site with their Education Coordinator, who will lead us in a “Litter Logistics” talk to help us understand what items can and cannot be recycled. They will provide:
• Roadside signs
• Reflective safety vests
• Clean Up Kits (including disposable gloves, trash/recycling bags, and litter grabbers)
After the talk, we’ll break into groups to clean the roads. KBB will call us back to the meeting point once we’re done, and all collected trash will be taken to the appropriate facilities by their team.
