Notice is hereby given that the twenty first Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on-line and begins at 10:00 on Thursday 20 November 2025 to transact the following business:
1. To receive the Report and Accounts of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2025.
2. (i) To note the re-election of a director 
(ii) To note the re-election of a director 
(iii) To note the re-election of a director 
3. To appoint Gascoynes as auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and to authorise the directors to determine their remuneration.
4. To consider any other business
